Nawaz Sharif's application for reinstatement as party president is scheduled for hearing as an objection

The request to restore Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader Nawaz Sharif to the post of party president has been fixed for hearing as an objection in the Lahore High Court.

Justice Ali Baqir Najafi of Lahore High Court will hear the application as an objection tomorrow.

The Registrar’s Office has objected to the request that Nawaz Sharif be removed from the party post by the Supreme Court.

Local lawyer Afaq Advocate has filed an application in the Lahore High Court.
