The national airline PIA flight from Karachi to Quetta was taken off 17 minutes after take off.
According to the spokesperson of PIA, the bird collided with the plane of the national airline at the Karachi airport, due to which it was taken back.
PIA flight PK 310 took off from Jinnah International Airport Karachi at 8:44 AM for Quetta.
After 5 minutes of takeoff, the plane reached an altitude of 5000 feet and the pilot reported to the traffic control that he had to return due to a bird strike.
17 minutes after take off, the flight landed back at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport at 9 am.
According to the airport authorities, the Airbus A320 plane has landed safely, the plane is being inspected.
According to PIA spokesperson, the flight was turned back due to a bird hitting the plane.
