Caretaker Chief Minister Sports Adviser Wahab Riaz has announced the establishment of summer camps, from June to August various sports camps will be held at Nishtar Park Sports Complex.
In this regard, in his video message, Sports Advisor Punjab said that all the private and public schools of Lahore are being invited to participate in the summer camp. Parents can also get the registration form for the summer camp from Sports Board Punjab offices.
Wahab Riaz said that camps will be organized at U-8 and U-14 levels. Hockey, cricket, athletics, badminton, table tennis, martial arts camps will be organized.
He said that tennis, swimming, archery and gymnastics camps are also included.
Sports adviser said that the sports department is hiring expert coaches. Athletes participating in the camp can receive training in all sports.
He said that play equipment will also be provided in the summer camp, the summer camp network will be established in the entire Punjab.
He also said that the summer camps will help identify and promote talent at the grass-root level.
