Moscow: The Russian Foreign Minister says that the G7 countries want to do a dual deterrence of Russia and China and eliminate Russia as a geopolitical rival.

According to an international website, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has criticized the Group of 7 summit held in Hiroshima, saying that the decisions discussed and adopted at the meeting are aimed at Russia. And China’s dual deterrence.

Lavrov said this at a conference on diplomacy and defense policy held on the outskirts of the capital Moscow on Saturday.

He has repeatedly criticized Western nations for intensifying their support for Ukraine.In a G7 leaders’ statement released on Saturday, the participants condemned Russia’s aggression in the strongest terms.

Lavrov also made it clear that Russia has a confrontation with the West.

He said that these countries are not only trying to defeat Russia in the battlefield, but they also want to eliminate Russia as a geopolitical rival.
