The government has decided to crack down on people involved in tax evasion, corruption and financial fraud.
According to sources, the federal cabinet approved the summary of the Ministry of Law in this regard.
The federal government has activated the Benami Act 2017, in this regard it has obtained the support of the High Courts of the four provinces including Islamabad.
It has been decided to give special powers to the courts for trial under the Benami Act.
The Ministry of Law has approached the Chief Justice for special courts.
Sources have also said that special powers have been given to the representatives nominated by the Chief Justice.
