Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb while hearing against the arrest of Fawad Chaudhry in the Supreme Court ordered that IG Islamabad Fawad Chaudhry should be produced in the court.
Fawad Chaudhry’s lawyer Faisal Chaudhry had argued before the court and said that this court had stopped Fawad Chaudhry from arresting Fawad Chaudhry. Didn’t agree.
He presented a copy of the order of Chief Justice Amir Farooq before the court.
Lawyer Faisal Chaudhry said that the IG was in the Islamabad court and this order was made in his presence, the court ordered the IG that he will not arrest Fawad Chaudhry.
