Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee Chairman Najam Sethi has said that India may boycott the World Cup if they lose the right to host the Asia Cup.
While giving an interview to the news agency, Najam Sethi said that India wants all the matches to be played at a neutral venue, India should not create a situation that results in the boycott of the Asia Cup and the World Cup.
He said that India should not create such a situation that it has to boycott the Champions Trophy, shifting the Asia Cup tournament outside Pakistan will not be acceptable.
Najam Sethi says that in such a situation Pakistan can boycott the World Cup, we also have security concerns for the Pakistani team in India.
PCB Management Committee Chairman said that we have worked hard to bring back international cricket in Pakistan, every major country team has come to Pakistan in the past years and appreciated the security.
They say that the Indian bridge team, kabaddi team, baseball team can come to Pakistan, so why can’t the cricket team come.
