It has been decided to conduct an anti-polio campaign in Balochistan province as well.
In this regard, Coordinator EOC Zahid Shah has said in his statement that no case of polio has been reported in Balochistan since January 2021.
He said that the presence of polio in other provinces and Afghanistan is a big threat to the children of Balochistan.
Zahid Shah said that the anti-polio campaign will be conducted in Mastung, Nushki, Zhob, Barkhan, Dera Bugti, Hub, Jafarabad, Nasirabad, Musa Khel, Shirani, Sahabpur, Pashin, Chaman and Qila Abdullah.
Coordinator EOC said that foolproof security will be provided to anti-polio staff during the campaign.
He further informed that Levies, Police and FC personnel will be deployed for security during the campaign.
Zahid Shah has also said that the anti-polio campaign in Quetta will be conducted after the National Games.
