Discussions have been held between Pakistan Cricket Board and Sri Lanka Cricket regarding ODI matches.
According to sources, both the boards are in talks to play ODI matches due to the World Cup.
In this regard, the sources say that a preliminary discussion has taken place between the top officials of the two boards on this matter.
Sources also say that Pakistan is scheduled to visit Sri Lanka in July for a 2-Test series as part of the next cycle of the ICC Test Championship.
According to sources, the option of ODIs along with the Tests has been discussed, with the option of seeing another window for the series during the Test Championship cycle.
Sources say that the Test series holds significance for both boards because of the Test Championship.
