Chairman of Japan-based Kashmir Solidarity Forum (KSF) Japan and well-known Kashmiri Shahid Majeed Advocate has said that February 5 will be observed as Kashmir Solidarity Day all over the world including Japan to express solidarity with Kashmiris.
He said that the purpose of Kashmir Solidarity Day is to condemn the cruel and illegal occupation of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and the atrocities committed by the Indian occupying forces.
Talking about the war, he said that India’s illegal occupation has created an alarming situation in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Indian forces are insanity for failing to suppress the voice of freedom of Kashmiris and Indian forces are killing innocent Kashmiris day by day.
Chairman KSF Japan said that a resolution will be submitted to the Indian embassy in Tokyo and the office of the United Nations representative in Tokyo along with demonstrations at prominent places in Tokyo on behalf of Kashmiri and Pakistani immigrants living in Tokyo.
The resolution will remind the United Nations of the promise it made to the people of Kashmir.
He said that since then India has been trying to implement its aggressive hostile agenda in the entire region and the whole world is well aware of India’s desperate efforts to establish so-called Indian hegemony in the region.
