Speaking to Geo News at the junior hockey camp, Roland Altmans said that the team has talented players, but lacks structure and matches at the junior level.
He said that the effort of the coaches is to improve the game because the goal is to qualify for the Junior World Cup.
He says that the biggest focus in camp right now is on improving the defense, because if the defense is good, they can play attacking hockey.
Roland Altmans said that he had worked in Pakistan 20 years ago, at that time the players did not have so many facilities, but even now it has become difficult for the players to play hockey.
