The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has sacked former Test spinner and its director Nadeem Khan.
Moin Khan’s elder brother, who was appointed during the Ehsan Mani era, was in the UK with his family for a few weeks, sources said.
Nadeem Khan was also the Director Domestic Director High Performance of Pakistan Cricket Board, but a few weeks ago he was transferred to the women’s wing by reducing his salary.
After the domestic system was changed during the Imran Khan era, Nadeem Khan appointed coaches across the country and made many other important decisions.
During the Najam Sethi era, he was sidelined and PCB Management Committee member Azad Syed was appointed as the head of the National Academy.
He is the second former director, after director HR Sarina Agha, to be sacked.
Nadeem Khan was recognized as an influential director during the Ehsan Mani era.
