The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the ranking of ODI players, in which Pakistan team captain Babar Azam has retained the first position while Fakhar Zaman has come to the second position.
Before the ODI series against New Zealand, Fakhar Zaman was ranked 10th and after the second ODI, his ranking improved.
He scored centuries in the opening two matches of the ongoing series against New Zealand.
In the ranking of ODI batsmen, South Africa’s Russian Vander Dosen has the third position.
In the ranking of ODI bowlers, Australia’s Josh Hazlewood remains at the first place, while Indian fast bowler Mohammad Siraj is at the second place.
Bangladesh’s Shakib Al Hasan retains his number one spot in ICC ODI All-rounders.
In the T20 players ranking, India’s Surya Kumar Yadav remains at the first position, while Pakistan’s Mohammad Rizwan is at the second and Babar Azam at the third position.
Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan remains the number one bowler in the T20 format.
