The IPL franchise’s plan for a multi-T20 league turned out to be a nightmare for cricket boards.
According to a foreign news agency, the Indian franchise owners’ multi-T20 leagues plan for players has entered the final stages.
Under the plan, international cricketers will play for an Indian franchise instead of their country.
8 out of ten IPL franchise owners have also bought teams in different leagues.
In this regard, the Australian players’ agent Neil Maxwell has made wise revelations.
Neil Maxwell says that some players have been offered multi-club deals, after which the current face of cricket is changing rapidly.
He said that Australian players will also be a part of this deal.
The multi-league plan is a headache for cricket boards.
With cricket boards unable to cope with the money players receive in multi-league contracts, some cricket boards have increased players’ central contracts and match fees.
