Sahibzada Farhan injured, out of squad

Farhan, the son of Pakistan Shaheens, has been ruled out of the Zimbabwe tour due to injury.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Sahibzada Farhan’s right thumb was fractured during a practice match in Karachi.

In place of Sahibzada Farhan, Saeem Ayub has been included in the squad for 6 ODI (List A) matches.

According to PCB, Saeem Ayub along with consultant Abdul Rahman will join the team in Zimbabwe on May 13.

The Zimbabwe tour also includes 2 four-day matches. Pakistan Shaheens will train in Lahore on April 28 and 29.

Under the leadership of Imran Butt, Pakistan Shaheens will leave for Harare on April 30.

The series of List A matches will be played in Harare from May 17 to 27.
