The District and Sessions Court Islamabad reserved its decision on the petitioner’s request to record Aoon Chaudhry’s statement in the illegal marriage case against Chairman PTI Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.
Due to Senior Civil Judge Nusraminullah being on leave, the safe verdict could not be pronounced today.
A decision on allowing Aoon Chaudhry to record his statement in court will be pronounced on May 4.
Court staff say that civil senior judge Nasraminullah Baloch is on leave till May 2.
