Sugary drinks not only cause diabetes but also heart disease.

A recent American study revealed that sugary drinks not only increase the risk of diabetes, but also cause many heart diseases and premature death.

Researchers examined the sugar consumption of more than 12,000 people with type 2 diabetes between 1980 and 2018.

The study revealed that people with type 2 diabetes are at increased risk of various diseases if they consume sugary drinks on a daily basis.

It has also been revealed that people who consume various sugary drinks may suffer premature death.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 37 million Americans have diabetes, with 95 percent having type 2 diabetes.

Note that for the above study, researchers selected participants with type 2 diabetes who consumed caffeinated and non-caffeinated beverages such as fruit punch, sugarcane, and fruit juice.

The report noted that consumption of these beverages increased the risk of death in people with type 2 diabetes by 8%.

However, research also suggests that everyone should reduce their sugar intake by 10% of their daily calorie intake, which is about 50 grams per day.
