Pakistan’s youngest mountaineer Shahroz Kashif, who made the world record, has said that it was very difficult to climb the Annapurna peak, I used to bring memories with me, now I have returned with memories.

After climbing the Annapurna peak, Shahroz Kashif has returned home to celebrate Eid.

Shahruz Kashif, speaking to Geo News on his return to his homeland, said that now I am a young mountaineer who has climbed 11 peaks above 8,000 meters.

He said that my target is to become a mountaineer to climb all 14 peaks above 8000 meters, I am a little far from my target but I will achieve it soon.

Shahruz Kashif said that the experience of climbing the Annapurna peak was very difficult, I have climbed the first peak after the surgery, I faced a lot of difficulties, it was very difficult in every way.

He said that some of my close friends have passed away, some are in critical condition, it is becoming difficult for me to forget everything.

Shahruz Kashif said that last year I was lost on Nanga Parbat, now others are lost, so you can understand the feelings of the people behind, this time I survived but many of my friends could not survive.

He said that I was accompanied by female mountaineer Naila Kayani and an Indian friend, I Naila and Arjun were together, backed each other and that’s how we got rescued.

He said that I have come back to celebrate Eid with my family, my mother had a special wish to celebrate Eid with her and I also wanted the same.

About why Shahruz Kashif hoisted the flag of Lahore Qalandars on the Annapurna top, he said that I hoisted the flag of Pakistan after climbing every peak, this time I hoisted the flag of Lahore Qalandars after Pakistan.

He said that Lahore Qalandars is my favorite PSL team and cricket is also my favorite sport, I am also from Lahore, as a support I took the flag of Lahore Qalandars with me and waved it, it is not a sponsor but from Lahore Qalandars. There is love.

Shahroz Kashif says that the private sector is getting some support, the government has not done it nor is there any hope.
