Lahore: Railway Police set an example of duty and honesty, Multan Division found and returned the passenger’s bag full of Rs 3 lakh and mobile phone.
According to the details, Javed Iqbal, a resident of Jhang district, was traveling from Suma Satta to Shorkot in Hazara Express. Meanwhile, he forgot his bag in the train. Javed Iqbal’s three lakh rupees and valuable mobile phone were present in the bag.
Passenger Javed Iqbal reported the bag missing to the in-charge Railway Police Shurkot Cantt, whereupon the in-charge Farooq Ahmed immediately contacted the train escort staff.
The train escort staff found the bag after much effort on the identification of the passenger. Passenger Javediqbal appreciated the performance of the Railway Police for finding and returning the valuable bag and thanked the dutiful officers and officials.
