A security plan has been issued for the Pakistan New Zealand cricket series matches in Rawalpindi.
According to CPO Khalid Hamdani, 5500 personnel will perform security duties for Pakistan New Zealand cricket matches.
More than 370 traffic officers and officials will perform duty for traffic arrangements.
The route of the cricket teams will be monitored through CCTV cameras, expert marksman commandos will be posted on the roofs around the route and the stadium.
CPO Rawalpindi said that elite commandos and dolphin teams will patrol the stadium and its surroundings.
He said that the cricket fans will be able to enter the stadium after full checking through the specific route.
CPO Rawalpindi said that best security arrangements will be ensured for fans and teams.
