A video statement of Pakistan cricket team’s fast bowler Naseem Shah has been shared a day before the first T20 match against New Zealand.
Pakistan Cricket Board shared a video statement of Naseem Shah on its social media account in which he said that the people of Lahore always support cricket.
Naseem Shah said that a lot of people come to Lahore during the Pakistan Super League and when there are international matches, more people come to the stadium.
“We are expecting the crowd to come in the series against New Zealand to support the team and add their prayers with the team,” he said.
The first T20 match between Pakistan and New Zealand is scheduled in Lahore tomorrow for which both the teams will have a practice session at the Gaddafi Stadium today.
Before the practice today, the captains of both the teams will hold a press conference and the trophy will also be unveiled.
It should be noted that 5 T20 and 5 ODI matches will be played between Pakistan and New Zealand.
