Russian President Vladimir Putin was visibly upset during and after the speech.
According to foreign media, Vladimir Putin was speaking on the occasion of presentation of diplomatic credentials of 17 new foreign ambassadors at the Grand Kremlin Palace on Wednesday.
In this regard, it can be seen in the video that went viral on social media that the Russian President stops during the speech thinking that the participants will probably clap for him but it did not happen.
After finishing his speech in the local language, the Russian president smiled lightly and left, wishing the ambassadors well in English.
