Chairman People’s Party and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that after Justice Athar Minullah’s note, 4 judges have now come on record. It has become clear that the Chief Justice’s decision regarding the elections was a minority one.
In his statement, Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto further said that the Chief Justice Supreme Court should end the lawlessness based on bench fixing immediately. This is the only way by which the prestige of the Supreme Court can be restored.
He said that the decision of the 3-member bench is not as important as the paper on which this decision was written.
Bilawal Bhutto said that if the Chief Justice cannot cure this mockery of justice, then allow someone else to take over the post.
