Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was summoned by the court yesterday in his personal capacity in the Tosha Khana case.
District and Sessions Courts Islamabad, Imran Khan was summoned by Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal yesterday in his personal capacity.
A notice has been issued to Imran Khan on the request for early hearing of the Tosha Khana case.
Judge Zafar Iqbal has summoned Imran Khan to the court tomorrow at 8:30.
In the notice issued to Imran Khan, it has been said that if he does not appear in the court, legal action will be taken.
The session court has also summoned the investigating officer of Kohsar police station along with the records.
