Service level agreement system has been introduced in place of retainership system at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport.
No retainership employee has been fired at Jinnah International Airport, the retainership system has been replaced by the SLA (Service Level Agreement) system.
Most of the approximately 167 retainership employees have joined the SLA system.
Under the SLA system, the company has partially started its operations at the airport.
The service level agreement system has already been implemented at other major airports in the country.
