Quetta: A case of passenger bus accident in Lasbela district was registered against the owners.
A case has been registered in police station Bela under the complaint of the SHO, which includes the provisions of attempted murder, negligence, duress, irresponsible driving and endangering life.
Bus owners Zahoor, Manzoor Ahmed and deceased driver Salim have been named in the case.
According to the text of the FIR, the owners instructed the driver to dispatch the vehicle despite the technical fault, while the said bus was already banned from running due to over-speeding.

The passenger told the police that the vehicle kept stumbling repeatedly due to technical problems and the passenger repeatedly asked to fix the vehicle, the driver informed on the phone and the owner instructed to continue the journey.
It should be noted that 41 people died and many were injured when a passenger bus from Quetta to Karachi fell into a ditch near Beila in the early morning of January 29.
After the accident, a fire broke out in the passenger bus due to which it was difficult to evacuate the passengers from the bus and due to this the casualties increased.
The bodies of 38 people who died in the bus accident have been shifted to Jinnah Hospital Karachi, where their DNA tests will be done. After identification, the administration handed over three bodies to the relatives.
