The federal and Punjab governments have decided to further expand the scope of free flour scheme.
The spokesperson of the Punjab government says that the government will provide free flour to another 16 million families.
So far, 1 crore 58 lakh deserving families have been provided free flour.
According to the spokesman, more than 3 crore bags have been distributed in 10 days under the free flour scheme.
