Supreme Court judge Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has said that the registrar has no authority to declare the judicial order null and void.

In the letter, the Supreme Court judge wrote that even the Chief Justice cannot issue any administrative order against the judicial order.
He said that the Registrar’s circular of March 31 is a violation of the decision of the 3-member bench of the Supreme Court.
Justice Qazi Faiz Isa added that you should realize your constitutional responsibility as a senior officer.
He said that it is better in the interest of the Supreme Court and in your interest that the circular dated March 31 should be withdrawn immediately and all those who were sent should be informed about the withdrawal of the circular.
Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has also written a letter to the Cabinet Secretary and Secretary Establishment, a copy of which has also been sent to the Attorney General.
He said that Supreme Court Registrar Ishrat Ali should be recalled immediately, she should not be allowed to destroy the reputation and dignity of the Supreme Court.
The senior judge of the Supreme Court said that legal action should be taken against the registrar for violating the code of conduct.
Qazi Faiz Isa has also sent a copy of the letter to the Chief Justice, asking Registrar Ishrat Ali to step down immediately, as under the Constitution, the bureaucracy should remain separate from the judiciary.
