Hafizabad: The session court has issued death sentence to the brutal culprit of raping and murdering the girl child.
According to Express News, Additional Sessions Judge Malik Shahid Hussain Awan pronounced the verdict in the case of kidnapping, rape and murder of the girl. The court sentenced the accused Shahid Imran to death and fined three times after being found guilty.
According to the prosecution, two and a half years ago in July 2021, the criminal Shahid Imran took a six-year-old girl to a mosque in Kaliki Mandi area of Hafizabad and killed her after sexually assaulting her. A case of child abduction was registered against Shahid Imran in Kaliki Mandi police station.
