The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan has expressed concern over the killing of Dr. Birbal in Karachi.
In its statement, HRCP says that this is the second incident of murder of a doctor belonging to the Hindu community in Sindh.
The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan says that Dr. Dharamdev Rathi was also killed in Hyderabad in the past few days.
The HRCP has demanded a transparent investigation into the murder incident and punishment of the accused in accordance with the law.
It should be noted that last day, Dr. Birbal, an ophthalmologist, was killed by firing on a vehicle near the Lyari Expressway Garden Interchange.
