The Islamabad High Court reserved its decision on the request of Tehreek-e-Insaf to speed up the decision on the party funding cases of People’s Party and PML-N.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Aamir Farooq reserved the decision on the petition of PTI leader Farrukh Habib.
In December last year, Farrukh Habib had filed a separate petition in the already pending case.
On behalf of Farrukh Habib, the Supreme Court was requested to direct the Election Commission to hear the prohibited funding cases of PML-N, PPP and other parties on a daily basis.
