Former captain Younis Khan has said that Babar Azam has been the top player for two years, he cannot be compared with anyone. There is no choice but Babar for the captaincy.
While talking to the media in Charsadda, the former captain said that the restoration of departmental cricket is a great decision of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
Younis Khan said that employment opportunities will be available for the players. There is room for improvement in departmental cricket.
Younis Khan said that departments have an opportunity to promote young players.
Talking about the Pakistan-India series, the former captain said that there should be a series between Pakistan and India.
He said that players become players in India-Pak series and their grade increases. Both the countries should sit and talk for the promotion of cricket.
He said that Virat Kohli’s grading went up due to his good innings against Pakistan in the World Cup.
