Former head of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Bashir Memon has revealed that former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his Principal Secretary Azam Khan pressured him in the Arshad Malik video case.
Bashir Memon said that he was repeatedly pressured to force Nasir Janjua to give a statement against Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz.
He further said that Imran Khan insisted that every legal and illegal method should be used to get the statement, FIA investigated and found that Nasir Janjua had nothing to do with the video scandal.
Bashir Memon further said that Imran Khan was very angry after hearing that Nasir Janjua was innocent, Nasir Janjua is considered a trusted friend of Nawaz Sharif family.
