Order to stop police, FIA from taking action against Imran Khan returned

Lahore: The High Court withdrew its order restraining the police and FIA from taking action against Chairman PTI Imran Khan.

The case was heard in the Lahore High Court for the details of the cases filed against Imran Khan, the public prosecutor submitted the report along with the affidavit.

During the hearing, Fawad Chaudhry, speaking to the public prosecutor, said, “Is the statement enclosed with the affidavit report?” On which Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh remarked that it is not your job to ask but the court’s job.

Lawyer federal government said that I was given a list of 23 cases today. The court also ordered the public prosecutor to sign the list. The public prosecutor said that the FIA ​​has submitted the certified copy of the list of cases along with the affidavit.

Fawad Chaudhry said that we thought there were 100 cases, but they are more than 100. Lawyer Azhar Siddique said that today the number of cases filed against Imran Khan in Punjab is 84 while the number of cases against Imran Khan in Islamabad is 43, yesterday the number of cases was 56 in Punjab and 33 in Islamabad. Fawad Chaudhry said that cases are being registered against Imran Khan within hours.

NAB’s counsel sought time to submit the reply, on which the court ordered NAB’s counsel to submit a report of the cases immediately.

The court remarked that you only have to submit the list of NAB cases against Imran Khan, to which the NAB lawyer said that give me a copy of the petition and I will submit the reply.

Lawyer Azhar Siddique said that I wrote a letter to NAB on February 17 for the list of NAB cases against Imran Khan, but this is the malice of NAB. We have the right to be told how many cases there are against Imran Khan in NAB.

The court ordered NAB and anti-corruption to submit a report on March 24.

Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh remarked that how many anti-corruption cases are pending against Imran Khan? NAB and anti-corruption are not cooperating.

Anti-corruption also sought time to submit the reply, on which the court remarked that if NAB and Anti-corruption had submitted the details today, the case would have ended.

Justice Tariq Saleem Shaikh remarked that the FIA ​​and the police cannot maintain the injunction now that they have submitted the details of the cases.
