Afghanistan’s 17-member squad for the T20 series against Pakistan has been announced.
Leg-spinner Rashid Khan will lead the Afghanistan team against Pakistan.
The Afghan squad includes Rahmanullah Garbaz, Ibrahim Zadran, Usman Ghani, Siddiqullah, Najeebullah Zadran, Afsar Zazai, Karim Jannat and Mohammad Nabi.
Azmatullah Umarzai, Gulbuddin Nabi, Sharafuddin Ashraf, Noor Ahmed, Mujibur Rehman, Farid Ahmed, Fazal Haq Farooqui and Naveenul Haq have also been included in the squad.
Afghanistan Cricket Board CEO Naseeb Khan has said that the players have worked hard in the camp, the selectors have selected the best players available.
It should be noted that the first match of the series of 3 T20 matches between Pakistan and Afghanistan will be played on March 24 in Sharjah.
