For the first time in Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC), a 60-year-old patient’s heart was successfully operated on using Rota Pro technology.
According to Dr. Abidullah, Head of Cardiology Department of Peshawar Institute of Cardiology, Rota Pro technology was introduced for the first time in PIC.
A 60-year-old patient underwent successful heart surgery with RotaPro technology, RotaPro technology is a single-operator smart device.
Dr. Abidullah said that this device helps in removing calcium inside the arteries of the heart. With Rota Pro technology, it will be possible to treat such blocked arteries of the heart which were not possible before.
This modern method makes possible angioplasty with less complications and more success.
