The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the rankings of Test players.
The competition for the position of the number one Test bowler has intensified where India’s Ravichandran Ashwin and England’s James Anderson have tied the ranking points.
Ravichandran Ashwin has lost 6 points to join James Anderson on 859 points.
In the ranking, Ravichandran Ashwin has retained his first position while James Anderson has moved to the second position.
Australia’s Pat Cummins is third and South Africa’s Kagiso Rabada is fourth.
In the ICC rankings, Shaheen Shah Afridi has moved to the fifth position, while India’s Jasprit Bumrah has moved to the sixth position.
In the ranking of Test batsmen, Australia’s Marence Labushin remains at the first place, while Australia’s Steve Smith is second and England’s Joe Root is at third place.
Pakistan’s Babar Azam is fourth in the ranking of Test batsmen.
On the other hand, in the ranking of ODI bowlers, the first position of India’s Mohammad Siraj is maintained, while Australia’s Josh Hazlewood is second and New Zealand’s Trent Boult is third.
Shakib Al Hasan’s first position in ODI all-rounders’ ranking is maintained.
