India’s famous chef Sanjeev Kapoor, while sharing his experience of traveling in Indian airline Air India, called it disgusting.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor shared a picture of the in-flight breakfast served by Air India and expressed outrage and wrote that the food served during the flight from Nagpur to Mumbai was disgusting.
He accused the airline of being served a cold sandwich in-flight that did not contain chicken but a bit of mayonnaise and cabbage filling. It was accompanied by a few slices of tomato, watermelon and cucumber, and served with sugar syrup and yellow cream on a spinach for dessert.
After that, he tagged the airline in another tweet and questioned whether an Indian really deserves this food for breakfast.
After chef Sanjeev Kapoor complained about the poor service, several other customers of the Indian airline Air India appeared to share similar experiences, with one saying he was served rotten fish and lentils in the name of biryani. Served with rice.
While another user wrote that not only Air India’s food but also their other services are bad, he described his international flight experience and wrote that he was traveling from India to London when his screen did not work. was damaged and their staff showed irresponsibility and even broke the suitcase.
According to another user, they were also given a cold sandwich and that too without a plate, while according to another user, they were not given food, but the flight was also delayed due to non-availability of a ground for landing at the airport.
After a barrage of complaints from common social media users, Air India gave them the usual response asking them to look into the matter while assuring them that they would change their chef after chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s complaint.
