On the case of interfering in the government and protesting against the decision of the Election Commission, Imran Khan filed an application to be dismissed from the case in the police station secretariat.
It was argued in the petition that false and baseless allegations were made in the case, the case was filed to harm the reputation of Tehreek-e-Insaf.

The application was submitted by Imran Khan’s lawyer, Sardar Kharji Khan Abid, at the police station secretariat.
A case has been registered against Imran Khan under the provisions of attempted murder and interference in government affairs in the complaint of Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha in the police station secretariat.
