Lahore: Organized Crime Unit Chowhang arrested the suspect who was using fake currency in the cattle market while conducting an operation in Mandi Shah Purkanjara.
According to DSP (OCU) Chohang Farooq Asghar Awan, a case has been registered after recovering lakhs of rupees from the arrested accused Khurram Nasir. . The accused was arrested with the help of professional public relations.
SP (OCU) Aftab Ahmed Phalrawan said that the accused will be severely punished with the help of the prosecution partnership and the actions of the Organized Crime Unit against the criminal elements will continue.
DSP Farooq Asghar Awan and his team were felicitated and certificates of appreciation were awarded by DIG (OCU) Imran Kishore.
