Lahore: Punjab Government has imposed Section 144 on Main Boulevard Gulberg Or Mall Road (Quaid-e-Azam Highway) in view of security concerns and PSL 08.
According to the details, the enforcement of Section 144 was done by the Punjab Interior Department on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner Lahore, while the ban will be applied immediately. In this regard, Punjab Home Department has officially issued a notification to enforce Section 144 for 7 days.
According to the notification, Section 144 will also be enforced from Mian Mir Bridge to Istanbul Chowk, Civil Secretariat and its adjacent roads along Main Boulevard Gulberg.
