Lahore: With the support of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, former member of National Assembly of Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Malika Bukhari was allowed to go abroad to visit her sister.

Malika Bukhari had appealed on Twitter to go abroad regarding her elder sister’s illness, after which Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz responded to her post and asked her to talk to the relevant authorities to send Malika Bukhari out. will

Malika Bukhari said in a post on X on Saturday that she has gone to Australia to meet her sick elder sister, but her name has been on the no-fly list for the past one year. He said in his post that his elder sister is on ventilator and she is fighting for her life and she has only 24 hours.

Maryam Nawaz replied to his post and said that she will talk to the concerned authorities and hope that you have applied in this regard.

Later, Malika Bukhari thanked Maryam Nawaz for being allowed abroad. “Thank you for your timely intervention, I have been informed that my name has been removed from the no-fly list,” Malika Bukhari said in the post.

It should be noted that Malika Bukhari was arrested along with other workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf during the crackdown by the government after the events of May.

Malika Bukhari said goodbye to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf while holding a press conference at Islamabad Press Club on May 25. The former member of the National Assembly condemned the events of May 9 and announced his resignation from the party posts.
