Lahore: The police arrested 4 people including the woman who sold Pursan’s child for 2 lakh rupees.
According to SSP Investigation Dr. Anush, the police recovered the 5-month-old baby and arrested 4 accused. He said that the arrested accused Asia kidnapped the child from her neighbor Tahmina’s house and sold it for 2 lakhs.
According to the police, the accused Asia went to the plaintiff’s house on a pretext and escaped by keeping the baby in a bundle of clothes. Asia sold the baby to Shehryar and his father Ashraf for 2 lakhs according to the deal agreed with her husband Shehbaz. .
Dr. Anush said that the accused had fled to Nathuki village after receiving the child, Asia was a maid in the house of the accused and was already dealing with them.
According to the SSP investigation, the innocent child was recovered with the help of modern technology including human intelligence and the accused were arrested.
For the safe recovery of the child, the heirs thanked SSP Dr. Anush Masood by coming to his office and a certificate of appreciation was announced for the police team by DIG Investigation Imran Kishor.
