Lahore: There has been an incident of acid attack on a woman in Shahdara area.
Two motorcyclists threw acid on the teacher named Ayesha, which burnt the face of the school teacher Ayesha. Ayesha has been shifted to the hospital for medical attention where she was given medical attention.
After recording the initial statement of the chemistry teacher, the police arrested the accused involved in the incident from the Sialkot airport who were trying to escape to Dubai.
Accused Umar was fond of victim Ayesha. Ayesha refused to have a relationship, so the accused Umar along with his partner threw acid in anger. Both the arrested accused are relatives of the victim girl.
According to the police, SSP Investigation Dr. Anush Masood gave the task of immediate arrest of the accused to the police team. In-charge Investigation Shahdara Town Munir Ahmed along with his team arrested Umar Farooq and Ghulam Mustafa.
