The captain of the national cricket team, Babar Azam, explained the reason for the defeat after coming close to victory in the match against South Africa.
Talking to the media after the match, Babar Azam said that we missed a good chance to win which is very disappointing and regrettable as we came close but could not win the match.
He said that today our bowlers fought hard, but despite coming close, the match was not in our favor. We will try to play better in the next three matches.
Explaining the reason for the defeat, Babar Azam said that while we missed the opportunity, South African player Tabriz Shamsi took advantage of the condition and bowled accordingly.

He said that in the previous matches there was pressure on the team in pursuit of the target, today we played the game according to the plan.
