Rawalpindi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, imprisoned in Adiala Jail, refused to cooperate with the police in the investigation of the May 9 incidents.
According to the details, investigation teams from three districts including Faisalabad reached Adiala Jail to question Imran Khan to investigate the May 9 incidents.
Chairman PTI refused to cooperate with the investigation teams of 3 districts and said that they will be involved in the investigation only in the presence of lawyers.
The police of Kasur, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad tried to investigate Chairman PTI in Adiala Jail regarding the incidents of May 9, while Shah Mahmood Qureshi was also investigated regarding the incidents of May 9.
On the other hand, former Federal Foreign Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi also refused to cooperate with the police in the investigation and asked to answer questions in the presence of his lawyers.

Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Kasur police teams left the jail after the investigation.
There are 13 cases registered in three districts regarding the May 9 tragedy against Imran Khan, for which investigation teams had reached Adiala Jail after getting permission. The police of the three districts were given the opportunity to investigate separately.
