Rawalpindi: The traffic police wardens foiled the girl’s kidnapping attempt.
According to Express News, traffic warden Akhtar on duty in Faizabad heard the sound of a girl driving from a passing car, the girl was shouting that the driver is kidnapping me.
Hearing the noise of the girl, the traffic warden on duty alerted the seniors and staff on point duty through wireless message.
DSP Newtown said that by taking timely action, the girl was rescued by stopping the vehicle and the driver has been handed over to the Sadiqabad police.
Later, the girl was sent home with her family members.
