Islamabad: A hearing was held on a miscellaneous application scheduled for early hearing on the petition for security and protection in jail of Chairman PTI, in which no counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Aamir Farooq heard the petition of Bushra Bibi. The Chief Justice said that Bushra Bibi’s application is already scheduled for hearing on October 25. According to the registrar’s office, the case will be heard on October 25.
It should be noted that Bushra Bibi approached Islamabad High Court through Sardar Latif Khosa Advocate. In the petition filed in this regard, it was said that when the hearing was held on October 5, the court issued notices to the parties. The court asked the petition to be fixed for hearing again in 2 weeks.
In the petition filed by Bushra Bibi, it was stated that the registrar’s office has fixed the petition for hearing on October 25. It is requested that the application be fixed for early hearing. No measures have been taken for security and safety in the prison of Chairman PTI.
