Human remains found in bungalow in Clifton, sacked body of elderly woman near Korangi river

Karachi: A human skeleton has been recovered from a bungalow in Clifton area, while the sacked body of an elderly woman has been found near Korangi River.

When human remains were recovered from a bungalow in Zamzam, the police reached the spot and shifted it to Jinnah Hospital for legal action.

According to the spokesperson of South Police, it could not be immediately determined whether it is a man’s structure or a woman’s structure, but it will be determined only after the doctors’ examination and medical report.

The said bungalow is owned by a person named Ahmad Aslam, who deals in buying and selling property. The bungalow has been closed for the past 7 months, however, the police are investigating further in this regard.

On the other hand, a tortured body of Mumarkhatun was found in a sack near Korangi Crossing Bhatai Colony river.

The tortured body of a woman was found in a sack near Korangi Crossing Bhatai Colony river in Zaman Town police station area. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took the body of the woman into custody and shifted it to Jinnah Hospital for legal action.

According to SHO Zaman Town, the age of the deceased woman was between 60 to 65 years, and her head was injured. The police have suspected that the woman was killed somewhere else and the body was brought and dumped within the limits of Zaman Town police station. The woman’s body could not be identified immediately.

The body has been shifted to the hospital for post-mortem, after which the final cause of death will be determined in the post-mortem report.
