Pakistan's decision to evict Afghans, the severe reaction of the Taliban came out

bill to: Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesman for the Taliban government in Afghanistan, has said that Pakistan’s decision to deport Afghan citizens is unacceptable and urged the authorities to reconsider the policy.

According to media reports, this statement by the Taliban government came a day after the caretaker government gave an ultimatum to the Afghan citizens of Pakistan, which said that all Afghan citizens living without documents by October 31. They are instructed to leave Pakistan or face imprisonment or deportation.

The above decision was taken in the Apex Committee meeting chaired by Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar, in which the Army Chief and others participated. The committee also decided that movement across the border will be subject to passports and visas, while electronic Afghan identity cards (or e-Tazkira) will be accepted only until October 31.

According to the government’s decision, authorities will begin operations to target illegal immigrants’ properties and businesses after the October 31 deadline.
